My name is Jon Maxwell and I am a long-time resident of Stittsville, Ontario, and have lived in the Ottawa area my entire life. My exposure to and experience in the mechanical repair sector began at an early age while working on my family farm. It was this exposure to hard work and commitment that ultimately shaped who I am today, teaching me the importance of people’s time and money. This also molded my strong work ethic, which is the foundation of both my business and who I am as a person, Just ask anyone that knows me!

I am a firm believer in repairing before replacing, whenever possible. This not only helps you, the customer, keep money in your pocket, but it also goes a long way to helping our planet and environment. As an honest and transparent technician, I follow the industry's published labor guide to ensure you are being treated fairly and the time spent on repairs is appropriate and never inflated.

As a consumer and service provider, communication has always been of paramount importance to me. We all know that things don’t always go as planned and that the unexpected can arise. In these situations, I will always touch base with you before any new work is done.  Before proceeding outside of the originally agreed-upon scope, we will discuss the changes, and I will provide my recommendation. After customer understanding and agreement, the new work will be completed.  I appreciate the same open communication, inviting my customers to contact me directly should they not be completely satisfied with either the service or parts provided. Let’s talk like it’s the 90s and leave the social media posts for pictures of our pets and parties.
